Dear Customer,

As a result of the outage we had on the third of december at SBP we have planned some maintenance at this location. During the outage we have found that some backup links were not working which added in a extended downtime for these customers. We will replace and check all inhouse cabling.

We will also install new hardware to replace both corerouters and coreswitches to keep providing the best uptime guarantee for our customers. When we are ready to transfer customers to the new equipment we will place updates on this page. Engineers will install the new cables to the racks in the coming weeks.
